From episode #1 Being judgemental

Episode #1 in the book, deals with the matter of being judgmental, which is a trap that we can all fall into when we are not careful. God’s message to us says in Romans 3:23, that we all fall short of being what He wants us to be. That’s what that tiny word, sin, is all about. But it’s a big deal to the Lord when we don’t think and behave the way He wants us to.
The song that goes along with episode #1, “After the Fall.” states that no matter how badly we may fail to be like God wants, He still loves us as his child. Often we find it hard to forgive ourselves for the wrongs we commit. But it is never too hard for the Lord to forgive His children when we genuinely ask Him to. 1 John 1:9-10 says that if we confess our sins, He will forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If you are struggling today with things you have done that you can’t put behind you, read these lyrics to “After the Fall” and know that our heavenly Father is eager to forgive you of any wrong doing. Do what you can to make things right with others that may have been affected by your actions and then leave it in the Lord’s hands. Find peace with yourself and the Lord, by knowing God still loves you!!
                                                                                      “After the Fall”
When God created this world of beauty, He made a man who called it home. Then He made a lovely woman, so the man was not alone. And they walked with their creator and had sweet fellowship with Him, until that serpent, that evil liar, showed them desire that lead to sin.
When they realized things were different, they felt the shame and fear within. So they hid from God, their Father, but they could not escape from Him. The Lord showed them love and mercy and made coverings for their skin. They had to leave their lovely garden and life was harder after sin.
They disobeyed and paid a high cost, but God restored them from the fall. When we follow in their footsteps, we may feel we’ve lost it all. In this story of the first couple, there’s a lesson for us all, no matter how bad we may stumble, God still loves us after the fall.
After the fall, our precious Savior provides forgiveness for it all. The Lord brings beauty out of ashes, and He still loves us after the fall. We have to deal with consequences that result because we fall, but God brings beauty out of ashes and He still loves us after the fall.
After the fall, our precious savior provides forgiveness for it all. The Lord brings beauty out of ashes and He still loves us after the fall. Yes, God still loves us, no matter how we fall!
                                                                              ‘Til we meet again, Nancy
